A goal this summer is to build a team even if we can't always meet as a team. Below is the contact information for members of the team. Reach out and get to know each other! Also, this list will tell you what version of the training plan you should be following (A, B, C, or D).

In addition, if you need new running shoes, get a pair through a virtual consultation with Philadelphia Runner (link to sign up below). Mention you're with the team and you get a discount and the team get's some proceeds!

Below you will find a link to the information packet I shared and went over at our first meeting. Of most interest will be the training options for the first couple of weeks as we start to get back in shape - scope it at your leisure.
This summer we will be using a website called "RunningAhead" to track our mileage and create a shared training group. Click below to create an account. Once you've made an account, click "Community," search for "Phoenixville Cross-Country" and join with the password "lock60". Your job will be to update your training progress on a regular (i.e. daily) basis.
